The purpose of the website is to facilitate the secure and transparent reservation, contracting, and payment of these services.

3. User Requirements

To contract our services, the user declares that they:

Recovery Suites México reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations if false information or misuse of the website is detected.

4. Services and Reservations

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Recovery Suites México. Upon booking, the user will receive a confirmation email detailing the stay, rates, and included services.

Recovery Suites México may modify or update the services offered at any time without prior notice, without affecting already confirmed reservations.

5. Payments and Invoicing

Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments may be made using the available methods (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer). Invoices will be issued in the name of the person who made the reservation, based on the information provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after that period are eligible for a 40% refund of the total amount paid. In cases of force majeure (such as extended hospitalization or medically justified complications), the company may offer rescheduling or a credit equivalent.

7. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• Use the facilities and services responsibly.
• Follow medical and therapeutic instructions.
• Respect the rules of coexistence and safety within the premises.
• Report any damage or incident during their stay.

The user will be held responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse of facilities or medical equipment.

8. Responsibilities of Recovery Suites México

Recovery Suites México commits to:

• Providing safe, hygienic, and post-surgery–adapted accommodations.
• Ensuring that all medical, nursing, and therapy staff are duly certified.
• Complying with applicable health and safety regulations.

Recovery Suites México shall not be held liable for: medical complications arising from causes beyond its control; damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings; or any force majeure event that prevents normal service delivery.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of users’ personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website and in compliance with applicable Mexican legislation, including the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

10. Intellectual Property
