1. Purpose of the Website

The website offers post-surgical recovery coordination services, which may include, depending on the selected plan:

• Help finding and coordinating accommodations owned by third parties.
• Balanced meals tailored to medical indications.
• Postoperative physical therapy and rehabilitation.
• Administration and supply of medications under professional supervision.

Recovery Suites México does not rent or own the accommodations. They belong to third parties, which may set their own rules and conditions. The purpose of the website is to facilitate the secure and transparent request, contracting, and payment of these services.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the website, you acknowledge and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the website or the services provided through it.

3. User Requirements

To contract our services, the user declares that they:

• Are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Will use the website solely for legitimate purposes related to post-surgical recovery.

Recovery Suites México reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if false information or misuse of the website is detected.

4. Services and Confirmation

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Recovery Suites México. Upon contracting, the user will receive a confirmation email detailing the coordinated stay, rates, and included services.

Recovery Suites México may modify or update the services offered at any time without prior notice, without affecting already confirmed services.

5. Payments and Invoicing

Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments may be made using the available methods (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer). When accommodations are included in a package, Recovery Suites México collects their price as part of the package price, and that price already includes our coordination commission. Invoices will be issued in the name of the person who contracted the services, based on the information provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start date of the services are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after that period are eligible for a 40% refund of the total amount paid. In cases of force majeure (such as extended hospitalization or medically justified complications), the company may offer rescheduling or a credit equivalent. Accommodations owned by third parties may have their own cancellation conditions, which will be shared with you before you confirm.

7. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• Use the services and the accommodations responsibly.
• Follow medical and therapeutic instructions.
• Respect the rules of the accommodations where they stay.
• Report any damage or incident during their stay.

The user will be held responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse of the accommodations or medical equipment.

8. Responsibilities of Recovery Suites México

Recovery Suites México commits to:

• Coordinating accommodations chosen for the needs of a post-surgical recovery.
• Ensuring that all medical, nursing, and therapy staff are duly certified.
• Complying with applicable health and safety regulations.

Recovery Suites México shall not be held liable for: medical complications arising from causes beyond its control; damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings; or any force majeure event that prevents normal service delivery.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of users’ personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website and in compliance with applicable Mexican legislation, including the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (including texts, images, logos, videos, software, and design) is the exclusive property of Recovery Suites México or its licensors and is protected under Mexican intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
